Wensleydale Railway is holding its three-day model railway weekend again this year over the May Bank holiday.
The venue for the celebrations will be Leeming Bar station.
Organisers say the event is bigger than ever with use of both the engine shed and a marquee in the car park.
A spokesperson added: “There is plenty for everyone to enjoy with children’s activities, including a ride on a mini steam railway, a traction engine on display and the chance for visitors to drive a shunter locomotive.”
The event will also be hosting food and drink vendors such as a cask ale bar, wood-fired pizzas and both fast food and sweet stalls.
For the heritage diesel locomotive fans, there will be a one-off, special double-headed train to Leyburn pulled by their class 37 and class 33 locomotives.
The event will be open from 10am to 4.30pm on both Saturday and Sunday and 10am to 4pm on Monday.
Tickets are available to purchase on the website at https://wensleydale-railway.co.uk/ or in-person at the event.
