The emergency services were called out this week after a man was injured falling from a tree.
Members of Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team were called out to help paramedics and a crew from the Great North Air Ambulance following the incident in the Commondale area, about eight miles east of Great Ayton, on Tuesday.
A spokesperson for CMRT said: “A team Land Rover with four members on board was dispatched from our base with others making their own way to the scene.
“The casualty was treated by the air ambulance crew and, once stabilised, we carried him on their scoop stretcher approximately 100 metres to the helicopter for onward treatment at hospital.
“We wish him well for his recovery.”
11 team members were involved in the incident for approximately an hour.
