The emergency services dealt with a crash on the A684 at Winton Bank near Northallerton yesterday.
A crew from Northallerton came across the incident at about 7.30pm while returning from an incident in Great Ayton.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision, with one car leaving the road.
The crew assisted in first aid and left the incident in the hands of the police and ambulance service.
