Police have appealed for information after a Vauxhall Nova was stolen in Brompton, near Northallerton.
The incident happened in Northallerton Road sometime between 9.30pm on Tuesday and 5.30am today.
A police spokesperson said: “Enquiries are on-going at this time.
“We urge anyone with information which may assist in the investigation to call North Yorkshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 and quote Incident number 12190110192.”
