Three men have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm after a serious assault at Thirsk Racecourse.
The incident happened at around 6.45pm on Saturday, May 18.
Police say at least four people were assaulted during the incident, which involved a number of parties.
One of the victims was taken to hospital with a fractured eye socket.
He has since been discharged.
Police say a full investigation was launched and remains underway.
Three men, aged between 19 and 21, have already been arrested on suspicion of GBH.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: “As part of our investigation, we’re urging anyone who saw it happen but has not yet spoken to us to get in touch.
“We’re particularly appealing for any video footage that may have captured the incident.”
