Police have appealed for information after thieves stole vehicle keys from a home in Brompton.
The burglary took place at Wide Yard between 11pm on Wednesday, August 21, and 7am on Thursday, August 22.
During the incident, the thieves gained entry to a home through the front door, carried out a search of the ground floor, and stole a set of vehicle keys.
At the time, the occupants were asleep upstairs.
A police spokesperson said: “We are particularly keen to identify the suspects involved.
“We’re asking members of the public to check any CCTV footage, doorbell cameras, or other recordings from the relevant times with a particular focus around 2am.
“Anyone who noticed suspicious activity or individuals is encouraged to come forward.
“Residents living in the areas of Village Green, Church View, and Orchard Grove in Brompton, may be especially well-placed to provide valuable information due to their proximity to the burglary.”
