A Christmas-themed story-time – led by Santa himself – will be taking place at Northallerton Library.
Festive activities will be taking place at the library from Saturday, December 1.
Events kick off at 10am, when there will be seasonal stories for children and their families.
From 10.30am until 12.30pm a Christmas craft workshop takes place for children aged four and over, when they will have the chance make their own snowman. Tickets are £4 per person.
From 10.30am until 11.30am Northallerton Methodist Choir will perform Christmas carols in the lending library.
On Wednesday, December 5, Northallerton Handbell Ringers will be playing a selection of Christmas tunes between 10.30am and 11.30am.
People can also pick up Christmas cards supporting good causes, or Christmas gifts from Northallerton Library’s shop.
