Petrifying pop parodies will be the quirky theme for Kiplin Hall and Gardens’ Halloween trail this year.
With a reputation for spooky family fun, Crowe’s Wood Halloween Trail is different each year.
Last year, visitors enjoyed folklore and local legends in line with the Yorkshire theme of the venue in 2023.
This year, the visitor attraction has focused on music.
Project officer, Naomi Peach, said: “Halloween has become a highlight on the Kiplin calendar, we try to make each year unique. This year visitors can expect to see iconic lyrics and proud performers in petrifying parodies.
“While children will be a little spooked by the terrific displays spread through the woodland, adults will be able to read between the lines and discover the hilarity of the musical acts we are replicating.
“We can’t wait to show off our handmade displays and hear what everyone thinks of them.
“We also love to see how visitors dress for the event. We often get visitors in fancy dress during the trail, which is a real treat.
“So, if any visitors would like to take inspiration from a song, band, or lyric for their fancy dress, we’d be delighted to see their creations too.”
