A motorist had to be cut free by firefighters after a collision on the A167 today.
The emergency services were called to the incident near the Toll Bar Garage, near Great Smeaton, at about 12.35pm
Two fire crews from Northallerton attended the two-vehicle collision.
Crews extricated one person from one of the vehicles using a roof removal.
Crews also made the vehicles safe.
Hydraulic cutting equipment, small tools, soft protection and spinal board used.
The extent of the injuries is not yet known.
