A motorist was cut free by firefighters after a crash at Battersby near Stokesley.
The incident happened at around 5.30pm on Friday.
Stokesley and Danby fire crews attended the two vehicle collision.
Crews removed the roof of a vehicle on one of vehicles using cutting equipment as a person trapped inside with possible spinal injuries.
Crews made the vehicles safe and left the incident with police and ambulance workers.
