The fifth annual fun day held by Sam Turner & Sons has raised over £2,000 for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Despite the forecast of rain, the showers held off and the event, hosted at Sam Turner’s Northallerton store, saw over 3,000 people attend.
The fun day welcomed attractions such as Tractor Ted, alpacas, Shetland ponies, Lego building competition, inflatable games, hog roast, BBQ and many other local business and charities.
Charlie Turner, director at Sam Turner & Sons, said: “Initially we were a little apprehensive due to the weather forecast, but the turnout really surpassed our expectations in the end.
“Luckily the day remained dry and we’ve been blown away by the positive feedback we’ve received so far.
“It was our biggest event to date and we are very grateful to all of those that attended and supported us in raising money for the fantastic Yorkshire Air Ambulance.”
