The former HSBC bank on the high street in Stokesley is to be auctioned off.
The property will feature among 50 lots at Pugh’s next Yorkshire and North East property auction at the Leeds United Stadium on 4 December.
The 3,300 sq ft, three-storey former bank, which closed last year, is listed for auction with a guide price of £250,000.
HSBC said 90% of its interactions with customers now came through digital, while the number of customers using HSBC branches has dropped by nearly 40% in the past five years.

Paul Thompson, managing director of Pugh auction house, said: “People are dramatically changing the way they access their bank’s services. As a result, our banking clients are re-evaluating their high street assets and we are handling the sale of a number of retail bank properties.
“The former HSBC branch in Stokesley is a handsome period property in the heart of a prosperous market town with great potential for change of use, subject to planning consent.”
