Firefighters have teamed up with Kwik Fit and Tesco to provide two events where motorists can get a free winter check on their vehicle.
Fire crews will also issue advice around keeping safe.
The first event is held in the car park at Northallerton Tesco between 10.30am and 4pm on Wednesday, 22 November.
The second event will be held in the car park of Catterick Garrison Tesco between 10.30am and 4pm on Friday, 24 November.
