Firefighters from Stokesley were called to gain access to a property where there were concerns for the occupant early this morning.
The incident in Stokesley was reported at about 2.50am
The crew attempted to make contact with the occupant but were unable to so gained access through the front door.
Firefighters and carers found the occupant safe and well inside.
The crew then isolated a water leak that had been affecting the property below.
The incident was left with carers.
