Firefighters came to the aid of a motorist after a crash on the A167 today.
The incident occurred at Dalton-on-Tees at about 9.50am.
Fire crews from Northallerton and neighbouring brigade Darlington responded to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision.
Firefighters assisted the driver out of the vehicle through the window of the car and left the occupant in hands of paramedics on scene.
