The fire crew from Bedale responded to a report of a male who had fallen outside a commercial property.
The incident happened at 12 noon on Saturday in North End, Bedale.
The crew provided first aid, administered O2 therapy, and monitored the male until the arrival of an ambulance.
The male was then transported to the hospital via road ambulance for precautionary checks.
