Firefighters were called to a hedge on fire in Aiskew yesterday.
A member of the public contacted fire control at about 6.10pm to report a fire in Love Lane.
A Bedale crew attended to find a fire to hedgerow measuring about two metres by one metre.
The crew extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera.
