Firefighters were called to flooding in a house in Northallerton.
The incident happened in Ashlands Road at about 7pm on Friday.
The Northallerton crew responded to flooding inside a residential property.
Firefighters isolated the water using small tools and left the incident in the hands of a responsible person.
