Firefighters were called to a fire in Aiskew Park early on Sunday.
The incident was reported at about 2.35am.
Firefighters from Bedale say this is the fourth time in recent months they have been to this location.
“This time somebody left their vape,” a spokesperson added.
Bedale Fire Station is looking for people to boost its retained crew.
