Firefighters called to barn blaze

Firefighters were called to tackle a barn containing 100 hay bales on fire last night.

The incident happened at Danby Wiske.

It was reported at about 10.45pm.

Fire crews from Northallerton, Thirsk and Bedale arrived to find the barn well alight.
