Firefighters were called out yesterday after a man got stuck moving furniture.
The incident happened in Mill Rise, Romanby, at about 10.30am.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews responded to assist a male that had got trapped whilst moving some furniture.”
However, the man’s neighbour managed to free him prior to the arrival of the fire service.
