A family-run business has been awarded a prestigious Booking.com Traveller Review Award for the second year running.
The Downey family took over the Osprey Meadow holiday cottages site in Exelby in 2021.
They family say they had a vision of transforming it into something special and have put their hearts and souls into making this dream a reality.
Owner Lisa Downey said: “The last couple of years have flown by, and we are beyond thrilled to receive the award from Booking.com – that so many people have enjoyed staying with us at the meadow and have taken the time to leave feedback is just wonderful.
“What a great way to start the year. We have so many exciting plans for 2023 and can’t wait to share them with our guests.”
The award is given in recognition of the incredible hospitality and service provided by their partners and is based on the feedback received by visitors.
Accompanying the award was the message: “This shows just how much your guests value the special memories you help them make. It’s an incredible achievement and you should be so proud.”
