The emergency services were called to a two-vehicle collision in the Stokesley area.
The incident happened at about 9am.
A fire crew from Stokesley along with colleagues from Coulby Newham responded.
One driver was extricated from the vehicle and transported to hospital via road ambulance.
Two other casualties were left in the care of ambulance crews.
Fire crews made the vehicle safe and left the incident in the hands of the police.
