The emergency services were called to Swainby near Stokesley on Friday evening after a car hit a tree.
The incident was reported at about 6.10pm.
Fire crews from Northallerton and colleagues from Coulby Newham attended the single-vehicle road traffic collision.
The driver remained in the vehicle when crews arrived but was not trapped.
Firefighters carried out scene safety and provided first aid for a head injury until the arrival of ambulance crews.
