Police have issued a witness appeal after a woman was hit on the head in a Northallerton bar.
The incident happened at about midnight on Saturday, September 14 in Zoo Bar, Northallerton.
Officers say the victim being struck on the side of the head, potentially with a glass.
Her injuries required hospital treatment.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Following the extensive police investigation to date, a 19-year-old male has been arrested and is currently on police bail.
“We’re appealing for anyone else who witnessed the assault, or may have mobile phone footage, to come forward.”
