Police are appealing for witnesses following a crash near Bedale this evening.
The collision occurred at about 6.30pm and involved a black Ford Kuga car and a black motorbike.
It occurred on the A684 near the Bedale Athletic and Sports Association ground just outside Bedale.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service and Yorkshire Air Ambulance were both called to the scene.
Police want to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or saw either vehicle prior to the crash.
