Two red Honda quad bikes were stolen from Ingleby Greenhow, near Great Ayton, overnight between Wednesday and Thursday this week.
The registration numbers for the quads are YW23 BVF and NT08 FCF.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “They are believed to be in the Cleveland area.
“Enquiries are ongoing with support from Cleveland Police.”
