Four people have been arrested following the recovery of a stolen motorcycle and class-A drugs in Northallerton.
During the early hours of Saturday 4 May, a motorcycle was taken from the car park at Tesco in Northallerton.
The local council CCTV operator found footage of the theft and a potential description of a suspect vehicle.
Through the CCTV footage, an area where the motorcycle had been moved to for collection by the thieves later on, was identified.
Northallerton police response officers were then able to locate and recover the stolen motorbike.
Police used ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras to identify the suspect vehicle.
The vehicle returned to Northallerton later the same day, however officers were waiting for it and stopped it using TPAC (Tactical Pursuit & Containment) tactics.
Four occupants in the car were arrested and evidence from the vehicle was recovered.
