The emergency services were called to a collision on the A168 at Thornton-le-Moor on Monday.
The incident happened at about 12.50pm.
A fire crew from Northallerton responded to the single vehicle road collision.
A male and female, both aged 50s, were out on arrival and uninjured.
Firefighters performed casualty care and made the scene safe.
