North Yorkshire Police say there are spaces available on its BikeSafe workshop in Northallerton.
The course is open to riders who hold a full motorcycle licence.
The workshops as part of the force’s drive to reduce road casualties.
Motorcyclists get the opportunity to complete their North Yorkshire BikeSafe observed ride and have their motorcycle skills assessed by one of our advanced police motorcyclists, with the aim of identifying areas of risk, improving your riding and make you a safer/more skilled motorcyclist.
Our one-day workshops include a morning theory class that covers attitude, observation, cornering, overtaking, filtering, junctions, group riding, hazard awareness and the system of motorcycle control.
A force spokesperson said: “These workshops are extremely popular and sell out fast, so be sure to book on asap if you are interested.”
There are currently limited spaces in August and September.
