A fire service false alarm was caused by steam from a shower today.
Firefighters from Thirsk were called to Sutton Under Whitestonecliff at 7.50am following an automatic fire alarm.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “This was a false alarm caused by steam from a shower.
“Crew gave advice to residents.”
