The emergency services were called on Sunday after a motorist crashed into a parked car.
The incident happened in Highfields Lane, Dishforth, at about 8.30pm.
Firefighters from Boroughbridge and Ripon responded to the crash.
All occupants were out of the vehicle when they arrived.
The crews made the scene safe until paramedics arrived.
