CCTV appeal after suspicious activity in Burneston

Police in Bedale say have been made aware of concerns of suspicious activity in the nearby village of Burneston.

It happened in the late evening of Thursday, August 4 into early hours of Friday, August 5.

Police say it involved a group of people, possibly teenagers, acting suspiciously within the village.

A spokesperson for Bedale neighbourhood policing team, said: “We are requesting for any information relating to this and ask if anyone has door cameras/CCTV these be checked.

“If you have any information or any footage please could this be emailed to SNABedale@northyorkshire.police.uk in order to assist in any enquires.
