Julia Donaldson’s heart-warming tale of Tabby McTat will be coming to the Forum in Northallerton this weekend.
The show, by Freckle Productions, brings to life the story of the cat with the loudest meow and his best friend Fred, who accompanies him on guitar.
Together they delight crowds with their favourite songs, until one day Fred disappears.
Separated and alone, Tabby finds shelter and a new life with all the home comforts that any cat could dream of. However, memories of his life with Fred haunt him, and he sets off to search the streets for his long-lost friend.
Based on the book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, the tale of friendship and loyalty is interwoven with original songs and is suitable for children of all ages.
There will be two productions on Sunday, December 9 at 1pm and 3.30pm.
