An outdoor activity centre opening in North Yorkshire’s former police headquarters says it is looking to recruit 100 new staff.
Education activity provider PGL is holding a recruiitment day to find staff for its ne centre at Newby Wiske Hall which is due to open in March 2023.
The former police HQ is currently undergoing a multi- million redevelopment.
The company says roles are available across a range of functions from catering to activities, retail to maintenance, management and cleaning.
Roles are both full time and part-time.
“We are excited to be bringing the PGL experience to Newby Wiske and wanted to be a key part of life in the area,” said Simon Hills, general manager.
“Whilst we are working to ensure that we create a fantastic activity centre which will enrich the lives of children we want to encourage as many local people as possible to fill these vacancies.

PGL will be having a recruitment day at Northallerton Forum on Wednesday, November 23 from 10am to 2pm.
